Accessibility Statement

TidyHeidi.com is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are actively working toward full compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.

Our Accessibility Approach

  • We have adapted our site structure, navigation, and content with assistive technologies in mind (screen readers, keyboard navigation, etc.).

  • We use semantic HTML, meaningful headings and landmark elements, and ensure ALT text for most images.

  • Forms, buttons, and interactive components include labels, error messages, and visible focus indicators.

  • We are improving color contrast across the site to meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimum thresholds.

  • We include (or are implementing) captions / transcripts for audio and video content.

  • We are reviewing third‑party content / embedded widgets to ensure accessibility.

Accessibility Arrangements in Our Services


I want my services to be welcoming and accessible to everyone. All online offerings (virtual assistant, project manager, and project coordinator) are delivered through platforms that support accessibility features like captions and screen reader compatibility. If you ever need materials in a different format — for example, transcripts or captioned recordings — just let me know.

For in-person and virtual organizing, I do my best to adjust my approach to fit your needs. If there’s something specific that would make the experience easier or more comfortable for you, I’m happy to work with you to make it happen.

Known Limitations & In Progress Work
​

While many parts of the site meet AA standards, some accessibility gaps remain. For example:

  • Certain images have missing or non‐descriptive alt text.

  • Some interactive elements may not yet have proper focus styles or are difficult to navigate via keyboard.

  • Modal/pop‑up dialogs may not always trap focus properly or return focus after closing.

  • Embedded widgets and PDF/document content may not fully conform.

We are working to address these issues and expect to complete major fixes within 90 days.

​Declaration of Partial Compliance with the Standard Due to Third-Party Content
​

Some pages on our website include content provided by third-party services that are not fully within our control. Specifically, our site integrates widgets from Wix CRM, Zoom and a calendar tool, which may not fully meet accessibility standards. These third-party elements affect the Book Now buttons throughout the site.

Because these features rely on external providers, we declare partial compliance with accessibility standards for the pages listed above.

This statement was last reviewed on 09/29/2025. We regularly audit the site using both automated tools (e.g. Wix accessibility wizard) and manual testing (keyboard, screen readers) to maintain and improve accessibility.
